refactor(Community): 移除热门事件模块，搜索框添加金色边框
- 删除 HotEvents 目录及相关组件（HotEvents.js, HotEventsSection.js）
- Community/index.js 移除 HotEventsSection 引用和 fetchHotEvents 调用
- CompactSearchBox 搜索框边框改为金色（PROFESSIONAL_COLORS.gold[500]）
