zdl b826b1e7dc refactor(MarketOverviewBanner): 提取常量、组件、弹窗到子模块 
- constants.js: 涨跌颜色、交易时间判断、格式化函数
- components.js: MarketStatsBarCompact, CircularProgressCard, BannerStatCard
- StockTop10Modal.js: TOP10 股票弹窗
- index.js: 模块统一导出

主文件从 ~440 行精简到 ~180 行
